While the sequence above is standard for most EFT tapping process, Targeted EFT approaches this differently. The Key Point of difference with Targeted EFT is that it is a therapy based process that has been in use for over 20 years.
In a Positive Change Session with Paul, which uses Targeted EFT, the 'Reminder phrase' and 'Affirmation setting' mentioned in the above diagram, are replaced with Paul's own process that includes specifically worded Targeted EFT Tapping statements, combined with the EFT tapping sequence. The chosen Targeted EFT statements are specific to your issues or a combination of the examples below:
